Specific Skills：
Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations；
Inventory control；
Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, potential sales volumes and effect of competitors' operations on sales；
Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages；
Management/delegation of store and operational tasks and execute tasks as assigned and leadership tasks as delegated by the District manager；

Requirements:
Retail sales and customer service experienced. A： retail sales: 1 years (preferred) or B: shop management: 1 year (preferred)
Fluent in Chinese and English speaking and writing, able to communicate through phone calls email
Strong in communication, treating co-workers and clients kindly, and respecting your own duties
Skilled at handling a retail POS system and computer system
Able to do physical works such as assisting customers to carry items, arranging and placing products in the warehouse, receiving packages or pallets
Careful, active and passionate at work
Highly efficient, highly responsible and executive, a good team player

As a sales specialist, you will be an important member of our store, responsible for providing friendly and professional service to our customers. You will need to have a good understanding of our store's products, introduce products to customers, assist in store’s daily operations and ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
Responsibilities:
l Coordinate daily customer service operations, including store staging, payments, orders, and provide in-store customer consultation and advice, suggesting proper products to customers based on their needs.
l Update online advertisement on daily basis and reply to online inquires.
l Monitor and maintain store inventory.
l Provide pre-sales and after-sales in-person customer service & telephone service.
l Keep the showroom and office clean, organize the products on the display shelves and replenish the products on the shelves in time.
